The following diagnostic is generating:
Form W-2 #{PrefixNum}: Two e-file state names are the same, causing state withholding to be doubled in the e-file.
Solution:
To check W-2 referenced in the diagnostic: In the Detail tab, go to Screen 10, Wages, Salaries, Tips On the top left hand side, click the W-2 that has the number referenced in the diagnostic message. In the lower left hand side, select Electronic Filing [W-2 State/Local] section. In the [15] St (code 816) field, delete any state listed twice. Repeat steps 2-4 for all W-2's entered in Screen 10.
