Alabama requires taxpayer's valid Driver's License or State ID information for efile.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Detail screen 1, scroll down to the Taxpayer Authentication Section and provide the e-file required Driver's License or State ID information.
