If you have checked and it is correct, then you have done your job. Basically it is telling you to NOT trust info rolled forward from last year. Go ahead and efile, there should NOT be any problem.

When this is for Oregon in a consolidated S-Corp filing you have to uncheck it in the subs and then check it on just the consolidated file. This will then remove the critical diagnostic from OR and allow the e-file. However, you then have to reverse that to allow the other states to e-file. I recommend filing OR after you have filed the other states.
