The Signing Officer's first name and last name is required for electronic filing. One of these elements is missing. Please go to the Electronic Filing screen, Taxpayer Authentication section and enter the required officer name.
Solution:
On Detail screen 3.2 scroll down to the 'Taxpayer Authentication' section and enter a First Name and Last Name.
