The following diagnostic is generating: When an amount has been entered for NYS Brownfield Credits IT-611 credit, (state credits, screen 41.091) a completed Form IT-611 must be present. Complete Form IT-611 (manual form) in screen 100. Have this as critical diagnostic, despite completing the necessary form, the diagnostic does not go away. Any ideas?
