The following diagnostic is generating:
When a return is filed with the parent/guardian signing for the minor child, the use of a computer generated PIN is not allowed. Please access the E-File Signature Main Form input screen and enter a 2 in "Computer generated PIN(s): 1=yes, 2=no" and then enter the PIN in "PIN: Taxpayer's."
Solution:
Make sure to enter a 2 in "Computer generated PIN(s): 1=yes, 2=no" and then enter the PIN in "PIN: Taxpayer's."
