Kentucky efile requires a valid file name for all PDF attachments. Please select a name from the list provided.
Solution:
Go to Screen 3.2 Electronic Filing>Kentucy Information. Click the dropdown in the Form number on Kentucky return field and choose the applicable form from the table for the PDF being attached.
