The following diagnostic is generating:
Form 1310: For electronic filing purposes, a valid signature date of person claiming refund is required.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Detail screen 63, scroll down to the Electronic Filing section and enter the date in the 'Signature date of person claiming refund' line.
