New Hampshire Form DP-10 filing requirements have not been met. New Hampshire must be removed from the efile.
Solution:
Per the government instructions if trying to File Form NH DP-10 A single TP must file if they received more than $2,400 of gross interest and/or dividend income and for MFJ if they received more than $4,800 of gross interest and/or dividend income if they do not meet these minimum standard requirements they will not be required to E-file they will trigger a critical E-file diagnostic prompting them to remove New Hampshire's E-file option on screen 1 Client Information.
