The following diagnostic is generating:
For RITA City #{PrefixNum}: The zip code must be 5 or 9 digits for each period and place of residency for electronic filing.
Solution:
Please check on screen 1 client information to see if they have a Zip code entered with the 4 digits added to the end of it (e.g. 44116-2205). If there is, remove the last 4 digits and the dash so that it would show 44116. The diagnostic should clear.
