for the spouse one of the residency status checkboxes must be completed at the top of the legal residence (domicile) questionnaire on form 1NP, page 5
Please review your entries in Wisconsin Part-year/Nonresident input in the State and Local section (codes 2,6,14, 16 and 17)
Both taxpayer and spouse are part year WI residents 01/01/2020-2/28/2020.
