The following diagnostic is generating in Lacerte: e-file: The CA 541-B cannot be efiled. File the return as a conventional paper return. [ref. #40198] I have E-filed this form for years and can not find a reason why it can not be e-filed this year. Has anyone else had this problem?

    I wasn't able to e-file it last year either and am still getting the same diagnostic this year as well...
