Solution:
In screen 36 enter the Schedule B-1>Type of shareholder of record (Ctrl+T) or there is an override for this that will generate this diagnostic it is in screen 3.1 misc>other information (Schedule B) >Shareholder was a disregarded entity, a trust, an estate, or a nominee or similar person: 1=yes, 2=no [O] remove the 1 from the box.
