The following critical diagnostic is generating: e-file: California FTB requires the California state identification number to begin with the value of 0,1,2,3,4,8 or 9. This is a new Exempt Org return. The CA Corp number begins with 5!

      yes, and the number for the regular CA Corp starting 2023 begins with 5 too.
