The following diagnostic is generating: IA efile error when overriding the School Surtax to add the 1% additional Emergency Medical Services. How to remove the critical diagnostic.

    Don't override?  If you are trying to add to the existing tax, I'm guessing that the program isn't using what you believe is the correct percentage?

    There is informational diagnostic for some counties to add the 1% surtax to the existing percentage. ref# 59421. This has to be overwritten to match to Iowa's surtax rates that I obtained from the Iowa Department of Revenue to be in compliance with their Emergency Medical Services 1% increase.
