The following diagnostic is generating:
An entry is required in Electronic Filing -> e-File Misc -> Illinois Misc for "Debit transaction authorization." Please make the appropriate entry in Screen 3.2.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab.
In screen 3.2 Electronic Filing>Illinois Miscellaneous, check the Debit transaction authorization to authorize the debt transaction.
