    weird, i actually did use my words, just some thing weird happened when i posted it.  see below.  thanks, any insight would be appreciated.

     
    partnership ref# 27187 - beginning capital not being specially allocated to partners
     

    Anybody know how to resolve this?  I tried several things and not working.  The beginning capital nets to zero and is being specially allocated already.

    Weird is normal for this forum...

    hmmm -  no clue.  Delete the allocations, then re-enter maybe?  Not sure 'what' you've tried.  And unless it's a 'fatal' diagnostic you should be able to override the efile diags & file anyway.
