The following diagnostic is generating: Beginning inventory in the cost of goods section is different than the beginning inventory on the balance sheet.

My client's 2024 partnership return has an ending inventory balance on Form 1125-A which differs from the balance on Schedule L. Will this diagnostic prevent me from e-filing the 2025 return?

I have addressed the discrepancy. I just need to know if this error will prevent e-filing or not.
