The following diagnostic is generating:
Pennsylvania school district code is missing or invalid. If the client was not a resident of Pennsylvania on December 31, {CurrentTaxYear} select Nonresident (99999) as the school district code.
Solution:
Screen 1>Pennsylvania Information>School District #. Type in 999999 (Non-resident) or if for some reason you cannot type in 99999 click the drop down, select York and go to the very bottom of the list to access it
