The following diagnostic is generating: Critical Diagnostic Warnings For electronic filing purposes, total gross receipts, metro gross receipts, metro wages may not be black or zero, unless the the return is "no activity".

The total gross receipts/ metro gross receipts are not zero, and the form correctly shows 100% Louisville Metro allocation. Is this a glitch? Will this diagnostic allow efiling? can we bypass it?
