The following diagnostic is generating: Form 5471, Schedule R #1: For electronic filing purposes, entry for distributions from a foreign corporation is required on Form 5471, Schedule R. The 5471 in general has no distributions, but the form is still required as a category 4 filer. I can't seem to just generate a form with no entries in the distribution list. Any ideas?
