The following diagnostic is generating: Georgia Credit Usage and Carryover Schedule has Georgia investment tax credit code 106. Please enter the necessary information to file Form IT-IC. (ref. #2050916)

    How do I clear this diagnostic? I have filled out every field in the IT-IC input screen. Had to do a bypass to e-file since GA requires returns with tax credits to be e-filed.
