Ownership Information #{PrefixNum} : An invalid EIN has been entered in the "Federal identification number" field for Entity Owned by Corporation information. Please enter a valid number. Foreign US and Applied For are not allowed for CA efile.
Solution:
Will need to be paper filed if the owner does not have a SSN/EIN since California does not allow ForeignUS or AppliedFor.
