The taxpayer has a valid ITIN that has been used since 2020 tax year with no issues. I am now receiving a critical diagnostic as follows: Social security number override is invalid. I am entering the correct ITIN and need assistance on how to correct. I have ITIN letter from IRS in support of the one used in the input.
