Form 05-167 - Texas Franchise Tax Ownership Information Report is not generated with this return due to the lack of either a general partner or a partner with ownership of 10% or more to be reported in Section A. This form is required when the entity type is something other than a corporation or LLC.
Solution:
- Navigate to Screen 43.431 - Texas Franchise Tax.
- Scroll to the section Print Option Overrides.
- Uncheck the box Print Form 05-102.
