The Ohio Department of Taxation requires the taxpayer read and consent to the Direct Deposit Disclosure Statement when direct deposit of refund is selected.
Solution:
- Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab and check the box for Taxpayer's consent to disclosure statement.
- Or navigate to General>Screen 3, Miscellaneous Info./Direct Deposit.
- Scroll down to Ohio Direct Deposit of Refund/Electronic Payment section and check the box for 'Taxpayer's consent to disclosure statement.'
