Please tell me where I can enter the New Mexico preparer email address to get rid of this diagnostic 13418

Answer is in setup…who ever is your firms contact needs to be the preparer to efile New Mexico.

There is no place for a staff person to put email on NM return.  

Had to trial and error it but it works.  no thanks to Intuit.

I've made the change in setup, but it's not working.  Any other suggestions?

Hello, Try the steps below and let me know if you were able to resolve this: 

1) Select the Settings menu at the top of the program screen.
2) Select Options or Primary Options (if applicable).
3) Select the Preparers tab.
4) Double-click the preparer's name or select the Modify button at the bottom of the Options screen.
5) Enter the appropriate information in the E-mail Address field in the Preparer Information screen.
6) Select OK in the Preparer Information screen.
7) Select OK in the Options screen to save the changes.
