Please select the principal officer for Form 990-N, if no officer is available to select then enter at least one officer in the Officer, Directors, Trustees, Managers input section.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab or navigate to General>Screen 4.1 Misc. (990-N, 990, 990-PF, 990-T)>Miscellaneous (990-N, 990, 990-PF, 990-T)>Principal Officer section pick the Principal officer (select from Officer, Directors, Trustees, Managers screens) from the dropdown.
