Solution:
Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab and confirm the number entered for the field CA Corporation #. Or navigate to Screen 1 Client Information> California Information> CA Corporation # and confirm the assigned corporation number is correctly entered. Critical, will prevent e-file transmission.
