hen transfer W-2s to information system, in some cases do not transfer the email. tried to enter it manually in for W-3 didn't work. this is a return by BSO. any help

On the IRS,I had to go into company information and add email there. Then checked the w-2 to make sure they were all still correct. I had numbers changing on clients with Cal savers. Then recreated the transmission files, then I was able to submit to BSO. Now I us the Accuview to check each file for errors.
