Did the update this morning and already, lost a few payrolls and when pulling the Check register it only shows the first entered employee for each one. Can't change it.
Anyone know how to remove an update to go back to Version 2025.2.14????
Hi @Troese thanks for sharing in the Community about losing a few payrolls and when pulling the check register it only shows the first entered employee for each one. Support has tested this to see if they are able to duplicate the behavior being seen and they are not able to. We would connect with Support so they can remote in and take a look with you.
We are having the same issues. Update appears to have been pulled. Part of my staff updated part didn't. Uggghhh so frustrating
Glad to have posted this and people see it prior. I (thankfully) had the 13 version downloaded and after talking with support for about an hour, was able to re-download that one and am currently using it until this mess is fixed.
