Batch Payroll

When entering ATF transactions through manual processing in the batch payroll module, the system is zeroing out federal withholding from the employee's check. Has anyone else had this problem?

If I run a payroll check through manual check, it'll take out federal taxes.  If I run it through batch payroll for the same employee it'll say zero federal taxes are to be taken out.  This issue was reported to EasyAcct in September.  Their solution was to simply close the ticket.
