GL Reports

I am trying to generate a year end general ledger report for a corporation with the tax year of 04-19 thru 03-20.  The system keeps telling me I have the wrong date but this is the date of their GL.  What can I do to generate this report?

Do you have the correct year end date for the G/L  in the Company File?
