Well, here we go again. Another update that does not resolve the program. I still can't get balance sheet and income statements. I read don't do the this update it makes it worse. Well, I did the update and I just can't see why you can't get this program right. You are hurting people's business, and no one seem to care. It takes too long to get something resolved. I have to file extension because you can't fix it. Others, with payroll issues, well that could hurt them as well. Come on, what do we as the clients that use your program, start looking for a new one that WORKS!!!!!!
Hi @Cannonaccounting Support confirmed this was addressed in the most recent update. Please make sure you have updated EasyACCT to the most recent version.
If you are still experiencing issues, please can contact EasyACCT support as they will be able to assist you with your specific situation.
@Kathi_at_Intuit When is the lag time of printing financial statements going to get resolved? All other reports can be printed on the screen relatively quickly but anytime I try to print a financial it just sits there and takes forever to print. I also am still getting the random y printing the top left corner of financials that I have mentioned in prior comments. The amount of time wasted just trying to get a financial to show up is completely unacceptable.
At this point, what issues has Intuit not fixed? I don't want to install the new version only to have issues. Last time we tried to implement, we were down an entire day.

He @jackets0586 We understand how important it is to have clarity around these fixes, and we truly appreciate your patience. At this time, we do not have a specific timeline for when all fixes will be finalized.
Thank you for your continued use of EasyACCT. We are committed to ongoing improvements and will keep the Community informed as new updates releases becomes available.
What bugs are still pending? This is completely unacceptable. We are now 25% through the year without use of the software that we paid for.
Janice
This didn't fix the error 0 messages printing payroll journals for multi-departmental accounts. It still doubles the payroll every time I have to run a journal because of the error. I have called about this 3 times and have never received a response. I haven't been able to run a correct monthly payroll journal or make any payroll changes because of this. I have to have multiple files running just to print proper paychecks without showing their earnings multiplied by how many times it took to run a payroll journal, without an error.
Hi @jportermwc Thank you for posting in the Community and for raising this question. We understand how frustrating it can be not to have clear visibility into what’s still being worked on, especially when you’re trying to plan your business operations.
At this time, we’re unable to provide a comprehensive list because reported concerns are still being reviewed, validated, and prioritized. Some issues are not consistently reproducible across all environments and may only surface once an update is in broader use. As a result, any static list could quickly become incomplete or inaccurate.
If you’re experiencing a specific issue, we strongly encourage you to contact EasyACCT Support so your situation can be documented and addressed directly.
We truly appreciate your continued feedback and patience, and we will share updates as additional releases become available.
Hi @MSchoen Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing the details of what you're experiencing here in the Community. We understand it's frustrating when the software doesn't work as expected. We have forwarded this to our Support team for further review.
