We've got the same problem in a weird way. Only one of our computers has updated to the latest release version (from the 12/28/23 update), which supposedly contained the update for the 940s. That computer does NOT work. Gives the error message that the forms have not been released. However, one of our computers does process them fine and yet, is not up-to-date with the latest version. And my own personal computer has not downloaded the update and doesn't work for the 940s either. Makes no sense.
Our office also has the same problem. We have 4 computers, all updated to the latest version, but only 2 of them work. Hopefully Intuit will release a new update to fix this issue soon.
