Vendor File Retrieval

How do I "retrieve" vendor history?  My assistant unknowingly deleted the vendor history for 2019.  We need that information for vendor history.  Currently, the A/P is only showing the outstanding invoices as of 12/31/19.

Back ups? When you convert to the new year's easy it creates an automatic backup for you if you don't have any other backups.

    Thank You!  I was hoping to just retrieve the Vendor Files not the entire backup.  It may be my only choice at this point.  Thank you for the suggestion.

    You can just grab that file. IF you know which one to grab. Which I don't.
