unable to close system

I created 2 checks and for some reason they are not in the ledger and I’m trying to enter them manually and i can’t either

Hi  ​@janeen Thank you for sharing about the 2 checks not showing in the ledger and not being able to enter them manually.  If this is still an issue for you, we’d recommend reaching out to EasyACCT Support. We’d also recommend checking to make sure you are using the most updated version of EasyACCT.
