Quickbooks 2022 import issue
I typically import client QB files into EasyACCT but just a week ago got this error message: "QuickBooks Transfer Component Error - The file could not be transferred. QuickBooks 2022 connection components could not be found. Please contact technical support.
EasyACCT version is 2021 3.07 running as Administrator
Quickbooks 2022 is fully updated and running as Administrator
I have restarted my desktop numerous times
I sent an email to EasyACCT support who replied with this message: "We are aware of the error occuring when transferring with Quickbooks 2022. Our Developtment team is currently working on this unexpected behavior. You will receive further email communications regarding their progress."
That reply was over a week ago. I need to get things done now!
Anybody else with this issue?
