Printing on Georgia Unemployment reports

Trying to print my GA unemployment form and I get the following message:

Runtime error 9

Subscript out of range.

Does anyone know how to fix.  Thanks

We have to same problem. I call tech support they told me some other software conflict with EasyACCT. They gave up one me. I tried to install EasyACCT to a brand new computer and still have the same issue. We have 15 computers in our office; only 4 brand new computers have this problem. I cannot find out what missing in these 4 new computers that cause this error message either.
