Multi Departmental Payroll Journal Errors and Duplications
Is anyone else experiencing issues with multi-departmental accounts returning Error 0 when running a payroll journal? It states to please restart Easy and try again. When we did this, it multiplied the payroll numbers. Since we ran into this error 3 times in a row, it multiplied the payroll by 3 for the month. We manually entered February earnings into each employee's records when we ran the bonus payroll to ensure their year-to-date totals were correct. This was just for bonuses a very small percentage of their employees, maybe 25 out 320 employees. We can't make this adjustment for everyone on this upcoming payroll.
