installation

i have downloaded the software and run installation, reboot computer and it does not show up as installed on my machine.  i have turned my firewall off and still no icon or program name to run  i can look in my downloads file and see both information system and ez updates there and run them again same results

Try going back to square one.  Login and click the install button like you did.  After it tells you to reboot, (and after the computer reboots), log back into the program and click the install button again.  See if that accomplishes the mission.

i had to go all the way back to system directories and clean out boot registries.  one of the ez accounting techs walked me thru finding the registries etc.  but it is accomplished  thank you for your reply
