Question
Information Return System shutting down...
I've run into a bit of a unique problem with Information Return System where the program just shuts down. Program starts fine but when I change the directory at the top to the file path where my 1099's are stored the whole program just closes. It's not just my computer, but all of the computers at my office.
I made sure everything was on the current version, even uninstalled and reinstalled. I have no clue at this point, not sure where to turn. Has anyone else experienced this before?
For reference, around 95% of my client 1099's are prepared and in that directory. Just trying to finish up the stragglers. Out of ideas on this one
