INFORMATION RETURN SYSTEM

Wage and salary amounts, withholdings, etc...................nothing is tranferring from EASYACCT to the information return system.

Prior year information from 2019 is there, but none of the 2020 numbers are transferring to the w-2's

 

What is the problem?

Seems no help is coming now from tech support. Other people are saying to reload 2019.
