Error Creating Backup File

Getting the following message.

Error creating back file for Company ID "CCK" Be sure that you have enough space on your source

drive for the system to create the necessary back up file.

This also happens when  converting comapny to the 2019/2020 EasyACCT version.

Claims the files are currently being updated by another user.
