Question

EIN is not printing on the Form 940 2020.

Why isn't the EIN printing on the Form 940 for 2020 Page #1.

    I have the same question  Just called them and they are saying there is an hour wait

    If you view it you can type in the EIN before you print....I figure will be fixed with next update but not waiting that long

    I can view it and type in their FEIN number but how do you get it to print after viewing.

    I right clicked it and no print show up.

    PLEASE HELP

    I waited 3 hours on hold for customer service!!  They said they are aware of the problem and should be fixed in an update on Thursday, 1/7/21!

      We didn't receive an update on 1/7... having the same issue.
