This company has been converted to a version later than the 2019/2020 EasyACCT version

Good Afternoon stecpa, 

The company that you are trying to open has been opened in a newer version than the one you have installed. Based on the message you posted, you are on the 2019/2020 EasyACCT, likely this company file has been opened and converted to the 2020/2021 EasyACCT. This means it can only be opened from the 2020/2021 EasyACCT program.
