EasyAcct 2019/2020 and 2019 Information Return System update error

I'm getting this with both programs when trying to update...

The Program was unable to get download information relating to the release version and update order

Solved by reloading on the server with the newest versions of the downloads.  The original releases were buggy.

Have you tried rebooting your computer to see if that helps at all?
