I downloaded the EasyAcct program and got the following error message, "unable to get the instance of EADotnetintegration.FactoryClass because file not found: Intuit.CLRBridge.dll". I tried downloading 2 more times with the same result. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any Ideas?

My IT guy came in, did a few minutes of research, installed a Pro Series software, and fixed. Took him about 30 minutes.

Little different but unable to finish install - PTG.Lacerte.RemoteConfiguration.RemoteConfigurationinit, because File not found: Intuit.CLRBridge.dll

I spent almost 4 hours on this Monday. I spent 3 1/2 hours today on the phone with EasyAcct support and no, they could not figure it out.  Another 45 minutes on the phone with my IT guy and now I have to get another IT person out here tomorrow to try again.  This program cost way too much to have to deal with this. It's now 2 weeks til W-2's and 1099's and I'm no further then I was two weeks ago. Totally unacceptable.

Did you get any resolution yet? I worked on this for hours Monday. Spent 3.5 hours on phone with Support today. No solution. They don't know. Where do you go when Support can't help? I can see the "missing" file on my File Explorer, but EasyAcct can't see it.   ?????

IT came in Friday and did a little research. Found a fix by installing some Pro Series software.  No more error message. Took him about 30 minutes to fix this issue.

That may sound completely nuts, but we resolved this issue by installing LibreOffice for Windows. Our assumption is that there was a Core Dependency for LibreOffice that was installed that is also a dependency for EasyACCT. Our best guess is it is related to Java, and that the Amazon Corretto install was missing something that was needed.

Pretty ridiculous that this doesn't install correctly, and there are no forums to correctly address this.

Yup! Installed LibreOffice and the issue went away. Thanks for posting! Avoided having to call Intuit support.
