Calculating payroll in Computation different than Manual Calculation

I just calculated payroll in Payroll Computation and then went back to manual payroll and it popped up a message "payroll tax entered does not match calculated amount".  Why would it be different when it just calculated it?  It looks like it is a difference between Federal and State, not FICA and Medicare. Anyon else having this problem?  Any advice?

I don't know what EasyACCT uses or what you used. No two systems compute the same, and the IRS offers more than one way to "do" payroll for income withholding. How far apart are you?
