I would like to know as well but I can't find any help on Inuit website and the wait time on call in more than an hour. Absolutely ridiculous!

What the heck? It's only January and that is a very complicated form. Must give the programmer nightmares.

    I am sure it is a complicated form. I was referring to the ridiculous amount of time on hold.
